Good For

Noticeable balding or a receding hairline you want restored long term.

What To Expect

Long-lasting, natural-looking coverage that grows like the rest of your hair.

Non-Surgical Options

Ultrasound therapy, laser helmets, and cosmetic options like SMP that create the look of density.

Good For

Anyone not ready for surgery, or who wants fuller-looking hair without it.

What To Expect

Gradual support for scalp health, or an immediate cosmetic result with SMP.

Medication Therapy

Daily prescription and topical options commonly used for male pattern hair loss, reviewed with Dr. Burka at consultation.

Good For

Early-stage loss, or protecting the results of other treatments.

What To Expect

Helps slow further loss for many patients. Often paired with in-office treatments.

Meet Dr. Douglas Burka

You’ll see the doctor. Every time.

Dr. Burka became a hair restoration surgeon for one reason: to help men struggling with hair loss regain their confidence. He knows this is a big decision, which is why he built Mane around a strict no-sales-pressure policy and a promise most clinics won’t make: he stays personally involved at every step, instead of handing you off to technicians.

He earned his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and has spent over 15 years focused on hair restoration in Maryland. He is board certified and maintains active medical licensure. When you come in, you’re greeted, brought to a private room, and you meet Dr. Burka himself, who listens to your goals, examines your situation, and gives you a firm, no-BS recommendation.
